The SAP Young Professionals Program South Africa 2025 is a two-month, full-time virtual training initiative designed to equip recent graduates with globally recognized SAP certifications and the soft skills needed to launch a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Delivered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center, the program blends classroom instruction, expert-led workshops, and career readiness support. Participants will gain deep exposure to SAP’s End-to-End Business Processes and be introduced to job opportunities within SAP’s customer and partner ecosystem. While the program does not guarantee employment, it offers a powerful springboard into the SAP consulting world, emphasizing innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and workshop-based training in SAP technologies
• Gain certification in SAP’s End-to-End Business Processes
• Learn to contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, and optimization of S/4 HANA projects
• Develop functional and technical consulting skills
• Engage in coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building with clients
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to business process improvement

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in South Africa
• Currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to career aspirations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI
• Graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile
• Strong interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Available full-time from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, for the duration of the program
• Access to reliable internet for virtual live classroom participation
